It is known that Kollywood star Dhanush has teamed up with Sekhar Kammula for a new Telugu movie, which is tentatively titled #D51. Today morning the makers have officially revealed that the national crush Rashmika Mandanna has been brought on the board of #D51 to play the female lead and she will be seen playing the love interest of Dhanush. This marks Rashmika Mandanna’s first collaboration with Dhanush and Sekhar Kammula who is best known for helming blockbuster drama Fidaa.
The upcoming drama D51 is being bankrolled by Shri Narayan Das K Narang, Suniel Narang, and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, under the banner of Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP (A Unit Of Asian Group), along with Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd. Sonali Narang will present Dhanush starrer and Sekhar Kammula is set to present Dhanush in an unprecedented role.
The reports are coming that the makers are in talks with many leading celebrities to be part of the cast. The details of the cast and crew will be announced officially very soon.
Kannada lady Rashmika Mandanna will be seen next in Ranbir Kapoor starrer action drama Animal which is being helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga of Kabir Singh and Arjun Reddy fame. She is also playing the female lead in Sukumar’ magnum opus Pushpa 2 which has Stylish Star Allu Arjun in the lead role.
