Puri Jagannadh, who is a talented director, screenwriter and producer, often visit Bangkok. He is also enjoying huge fan base across the globe. The filmmaker has spent some time in Thailand and has good friends in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket. Recently Puri Jagannadh took to his Instagram to share a short video and captioned it, “My Friends who are missing me in Thailand. They r like my family. OYE AND KHATOON.” Coming on the video, the lady, who is the friend of Puri Jagannadh is urging him to come back to her country.
Puri Jagannadh said that his friends were missing him in Thailand and they were like his family members.
On the work-side, Puri Jagannadh is bankrolling his son Akash Puri’s film Vaso Di Gama. Having disappointed with the failure of his previous movie Mehbooba, the director has been maintaining a low profile by dedicating the maximum time in working on his next project. This time Puri Jagannadh is introducing a new director for his son project and he will only focus on production. Recently he registered the interesting title ‘Vasco Da Gama’ with the film chamber for his son.
According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Puri Jagannadh is planning to team up with Ram Pothineni for his next upcoming project. Recently the film maker approached young and energetic actor Ram Pothineni. The sources say that Ram Pothineni is very impressed with the script, narrated by Puri Jagannadh and has given his green signal.” It is heard that Puri Jagannadh has depicted his protagonist differently, and so the actor has decided to go ahead with it.”
Puri Jagannadh is popular for completing the project in short time span. The sources said that Ram Pothineni wanted to do this project before he started his next film with director Ajay Bhupathi. It is a typical commercial action-packed film, but in Puri Jagannadh’s style. Charmee Kaur will be bankrolling it along with Puri.
