After conducting an inquiry into the surrogacy row involving the couple, the Directorate of Medical and Rural Health Services had issued a notice to the ART centre of a private hospital in Chennai for failing to maintain proper details of the treatment provided to the couple and records on the health condition of the surrogate mother. The panel had found that the couple had registered their marriage in 2016, became parents through ART and surrogacy at a private hospital in Chennai. And she got a clean chit regarding the surrogacy controversy and her fans were happy.
But some people have expressed doubt that if Nayanthara got married six years ago, why has she not revealed about her wedding till now? It is known that they invested in a company abroad a few years ago. They stated that they were not married at that time. Nayan Vignesh admitted that they were not married that time.
Few are saying that Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan created the fake marriage certificate only to avoid cases being registered against them. Others say that Nayanthara should have disclosed the reasons behind having children through surrogacy. It is known that the actress is busy with a series of films.
