Did Sai Dharam Tej commit for flop movies?Sai Dharam Tej commit for flop moviesSai Dharam Tej is very dedicated to work. Some of his films didn’t do well and turned out flop at the box-office but he told me that he did them because he was committed, says Mega producer Allu Aravind.

Allu Aravind, the mega producer recently attended the promotional event of Sai Dharam Tej starrer upcoming movie Tej I Love You which is arriving at the theaters, this Friday. He knew well that his those movies would not work out but he did it. That’s what I like a lot in him.” Generally an actor signs the movies after hearing his character in his upcoming movies. If Sai Dharam Tej was not impressed with his character and storyline, then why did he sign the movie? Last year Sai Dharam Tej’s Nakshatram and Jawaan, were disaster at the box office. This year, the talented actor came up with VV Vinayak’s Inttelligent, which also received negative response on its opening day. Sai Dharam Tej has done nine movies in his filmy career till date, from which six movies were flop at the box office. He has created all time record in just four years.

Sai Dharam Tej made his debut with YVS Chowdhary’s Rey  but the movie got delayed and it was A.S Ravi Kumar Chowdary‘s Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitam which  got released first. It was a decent hit. Then came Rey at theaters that was disaster. It was the movie that lost entire investment. Sai Dharam Tej’s Subramanyam For Sale was average hit average hit and Supreme was his biggest hit. Later Sai Dharam Tej delivered a series of flop movies like Thikka, Winner, Nakshatram, Jawaan and Inttelligent. These movies became fail to recover 20% of the investment. But Allu Aravind is happy because Sai Dharam Tej was committed and he knew that his movies would not do well but he acted in those movies.

Meanwhile Sai Dharam Tej is waiting for the release of Tej I love You, directed by Karunakaran and produced by K S Rama Rao , in which Anupama Parameshwaran is playing the female lead role.
