Maruthi Dasari , the director, screenwriter, producer who works primarily in Telugu cinema is best known for making small budget movies. He is known for directing the movies like Ee Rojullo and Bus Stop. The talented film maker Maruthi is associated with Maruthi Talkies, a film production house in the Telugu film industry. Now according to the latest update, Maruthi’ father Dasari Vana Kuchala Rao passed away. He took his last breath in the wee hours of Thursday at Machilipatnam in Andhra Pradesh. He was 76.
The sources say that Dasari Vana Kuchala Rao was suffering from severe health issues for a long time and that was the main reason for his death. His sudden demise made Maruthi and his family sad.
Maruthi Dasari started his career as a co-producer for the film Premisthe, A Film by Aravind. Later he entered into the field of distribution. Then he started designing Ads and designs. Maruthi has also given a logo for Chiranjeevi starrer Athadu. In 2011 RGV made Dongala Mutha with a 5D camera on a cheaper budget which was attracted by Maruthi Dasari. He then decided to start a low budget movie.
Currently Maruthi is working for his upcoming project Pakka Commercial which has Gopichand in the lead role. He is also in the talk of Prabhas’ film.
