Dulquer Salmaan won the hearts of Telugu movie lovers with his performance in Nag Ashwin’ directorial venture Mahanati where he essayed the role of Gemini Ganesan. Now according to the latest update, Dulquer Salmaan has signed his next Telugu project. Now according to the latest update, Dulquer Salmaan has teamed up Hanu Raghavapudi for an upcoming project. Hanu Raghavapudi is popular for delivering ‘Andala Rakshasi’ and ‘Krishnagadi Prema Gadha’ fame. He worked as an assistant director for few movies such as Aithe, Anukokunda Oka Roju and Okkadunnadu.
The upcoming untitled project of Hanu Raghavapudi and Dulquer Salmaan will be launched with a formal pooja ceremony after the lockdown gets lifted.
Swapna Cinema, the makers of ‘Mahanati’, will produce this movie. The reports are coming that Dulquer Salmaan is bowled over by the narration given the director Hanu Raghavapudi and immediately he gave his nod. Touted to be a romantic entertainer, the movie of Dulquer Salmaan will also be released in Tamil and Malayalam language.
Hanu Raghavapudi’ last directorial venture was romantic drama Padi Padi Leche Manasu, in which young actor Sharwanand and Sai Pallavi played the lead role but the movie was bombed at the box office.
On the otherside, Dulquer Salmaan is currently working for the movies- Kurup, Vaan and Hey Sinamika which are in different production stage.
