Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja was last seen playing the lead role in action drama Eagle, written and directed by cinematographer cum editor Karthik Ghattamneni. Karthik made his directorial debut with this film which was released worldwide on February 9. Eagle had decent openings but the movie didn’t sustain after the opening weekend. Anupama Parameswaran played the female lead. Apart from lead actors, the movie also has Navdeep, Kavya Thapar, and Madhoo in the important roles.
According to the latest report, Telugu streaming platform ETV Win acquired the digital rights of Eagle. An official announcement has been made regarding OTT platform. The OTT premiere date of Ravi Teja starrer will be revealed soon.
Ravi Teja and Anupama starrer Eagle did a pre-release business of about Rs 21 Cr worldwide. Going by the buzz, Eagle could hit the OTT platform by the end ofApril month.
Eagle is bankrolled by G Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibhotla under the People Media Factory banner and Davzand scored the music.
