The officials of the Enforcement Directorate ED have once again issued notices to Chikoti Praveen Kumar, the manager of the casino. It is mentioned in the notices that they should appear before them on the 15th of this month. Recently Chikoti Praveen was caught gambling in Thailand. ED notices have been issued to him once again in the background of this matter. ED registered a case for violation of FEMA norms. Along with Praveen, ED also sent notices to Sampath and Madhav Reddy. It is known that Praveen was questioned by the ED officials in the past as well.
Chikoti Praveen Kumar, who is popularly known as ‘PC’ in gambling circles, is involved in organising high-stakes gambling for high-profile Indians who prefer to indulge in safety of neighbouring countries like Thailand, Nepal, and Indonesia.
Chikoti Praveen Kumar had allegedly taken 10 Indian celebs to neighbouring countries promoting these glamorous trips. He arranged special flights to take people to Nepal in the month of June last year. Each gambler was charged Rs 3 lakh for a 4 day package.
