ED has recently issued notices to TSPSC employees focusing on TSPSC paper leakage. The notices were given to Assistant Secretary Satyanarayana and Shankara Lakshmi. Besides the SIT has also filed a petition in the court to hand over the accused in the leakage case under their custody.
Meanwhile, the High Court will hear the key petition filed by the TSPSC candidates today. Many people including NSUI have filed this petition. In their petition, they asked to cancel the CPDO and EO exams.
CDPO, grade-1 supervisor also appealed to investigate the question papers. He also requested that the appointment process be postponed till the verdict. On the other hand, the SIT will submit the investigation report of this case to the court in a sealed cover.
Praveen and Rajasekhar are the accused of stealing data from the computer of the confidential section and taking out the printout of the exam paper and general studies paper and handling them over to beneficiaries for kickbacks.
Shankara Lakshmi has already been questioned by SIT official and revealed that she had written the password details in her diary and the accused had stolen the password from the dairy. SIT has made Shankara Lakshmi a witness, but she should be named accused number 1.
