Vinay Kumar’s G2, the sequel to the 2018 Sashi Kiran Tikka directorial venture Goodachari, has Adivi Sesh in the lead role. After Adivi Sesh and Banita Sandhu, B Town actor Emraan Hashmi was welcomed on-board the spy thriller by the makers recently. G2 marks Emraan Hashmi’ 2nd Telugu film after OG. Sujeeth’s gangster drama, starring Pawan Kalyan and Priyanka Mohan in the lead roles, will mark Emraan’ debut in Telugu Film Industry. Recently during an interview, Emraan said, “I think south film- makers are way more disciplined than we are (in Bollywood). Every penny they spend on the movies shows on screen. I think we often spend money on the wrong areas in Hindi projects.”
The reports are coming that Emraan Hashmi has been paid a whopping Rs 7 crore as his remuneration for G2. This is something huge for a special role in Adivi Sesh starrer but the makers feel that Emrran Hashmi is worth all the money.
Banita Sandhu is playing the female lead in this film G2 which is bankrolled by Abhishek Aggarwal, AK Entertainments, and People Media Factor .
