Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil is making his Telugu debut with Icon star Allu Arjun starrer action drama Pushpa, which will be released in two parts. He will play the antagonist in Pushpa, which is progressing at the brisk pace under the direction of Sukumar of Rangasthalam fame and it has Kannada lady Rashmika Mandanna in the female lead. Fahadh Fassil will join the sets of Pushpa this month.
Recently Fahadh Fassil interacted with the media and surprised everyone with his revelation on teaming up with Sukumar. The Mollywood actor revealed that he and Sukumar have been planning to collaborate on a project for a long time.
He added, “I have not started shooting for the film yet. I am going to join the team soon. It is a very exciting team and I have watched earlier movies of Sukumar. We were planning a film for a long time and I am excited about being a part of Sukumar’ magnum opus Pushpa.”
On the otherside, Fahadh Fassil is busy in the promotional activities of upcoming film Malik, which is helmed by Mahesh Narayanan. The duo have previously worked together on 3 films. Nimisha also stars Salim Kumar, Sajayan, Vinay Forrt, Dileesh Pothan, and Joju George and the movie is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on 15th July.
