The shooting of much awaited big budget movie Acharya starring Megastar Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan has been halted in the view of second wave of Coronavirus. Ram Charan’ role in Acharya is very crucial and he is essaying Naxalite named Siddha. The sources close to the makers revealed that around 14 days of shoot is still pending and Ram Charan will have to allot a week or so in order to wrap up his portion. So Koratala Siva wants to wrap up Ram Charan’ portion as soon as shoot resumes so that Rangasthalam fame actor can move on to his another much awaited drama RRR.
Dusky beauty Pooja Hegde plays his love interest of Ram Charan and will make her screen presence in the role of Neelambari in Koratala Siva’ directorial venture.
Chiranjeevi and Kajal Aggarwal starrer Acharya is one of the most anticipated films this year. Acharya also has Kishore, Tanikella Bharani, Jisshu Sengupta, Saurav Lokesh, Ajay, Sangeetha Krish and Regina Cassandra in the supporting roles. It is Chiranjeevi’s 152nd film and he is playing a Naxalite-turned-social activist.
Acharya has the music by Mani Sharma, cinematography is being handled by Tirru and Navin Nooli is the editor of Chiranjeevi and Koratala Siva’ film.
