The makers of Buchi Babu Sana’s yet-to-be-titled RC 16 with Mega Power Star Ram Charan have remained tight-lipped regarding the film’s cast and crew. While rumors were afloat that the sports drama would feature an ensemble cast, Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar confirmed in an interview that he has roped in for the film. The pre-production for this film RC16 is happening at a brisk pace. The sources say that Buchi Babu Sana has approached none other than R Narayana Murthy for a key role in the film RC16 but he has rejected Ram Charan starrer film. This is the first rejection for Ram Charan RC16.
The sources say that the legendary actor R Narayana Murthy has rejected the offer by saying that he is not interested in doing character roles. R Narayana Murthy is known for his communist movies and he often plays lead roles in them.
Ram Charan was last seen in SS Rajamouli’s RRR with Young Tiger Jr NTR and Alia Bhatt as his co-stars. He will soon be seen in Shankar’s debut Telugu political and romantic drama Game Changer, with Kiara Advani as his co-star. Shooting for the film is in progress with the movie expected to hit screens later this year. Ram Charan is touted to play an IAS officer in the social drama.
