Gehana Vasisth, who is out on bail in the pornography case, recently live streamed a video to announce that businessman and Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’ husband Raj Kundra’ arrest is illegal. The actress captioned it, “without cloth live. I am without clothes in this video but no one telling that it’s a porn but when I wear all the cloths, some people claim porn. height of hypocrisy.”
During the media interaction, Gehana said, “Raj Kundra’ arrest is completely illegal because the police have kept him in custody for 7-8 days and in the meanwhile they have taken his laptop, mobile phone, CDs and bank account details. If they want to make enquiries, they have enough proof. Where is the need for them to keep Kundra in custody?”
We have already reported that Raj Kundra was arrested by the crime branch on 19th July in a case related to the alleged creation of p*rnographic films and publishing them through apps.
After the arrest of Raj Kundra, Gehana, who worked in three films produced for Kundra’s app, had in a video said er*tic content was different from p*rnography.
According to the police, a large number of p*rn videos were recovered from Raj Kundra. Gehana, who has been defending Raj from the day he was arrested, is also claiming that they were not making p*rn content but er*tica.
