Ram Pothineni and Genelia Deshmukh have worked together for super hit movie Ready in 2008 and since then they hit off well together and maintained their friendship till date.
On the work side, Ram Pothineni will be seen in upcoming movie iSmart Shankar, the film stars Nabha Natesh and Nidhhi Agerwal in the female lead. The movie is directed by Puri Jagannadh and the film has the music by Mani Sharma. Apart from the lead pair, the film also has Brahmanandam, Tanikella Bharani, Sayaji Shinde, Rao Ramesh, Pavithra Lokesh, Aziz Naser, Joy Badlani, Ashish Vidyarthi, and Vishu Reddy in supporting roles.
