Shriya Saran who is popular for experimental role, is all set for her next. The beautiful and talented actress who made her screen presence in Hollywood film ‘Midnight’s Children’ in 2012, which had the ensemble cast of Satya Bhabha, Shriya Saran, Siddharth Narayan, Ronit Roy, Anupam Kher, Shabana Azmi, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Shahana Goswami, Rahul Bose, Soha Ali Khan, Anita Majumdar and Darsheel Safary, has signed a new film, to be helmed by dubutant Sujana. Music maestro Ilaiyaraja is on the board to compose the music.
Ace cinematographer Gnana Shekar V.S is turning a producer with this project and Sai Madhav Burra is penning the dialogues. Currently the film is in pre-production stages. According to the director, the film will go on the floors from the first week of March.
Shriya will be essaying the role of a simple working woman from a city slum in this woman-centric film.
