GHMC has demolished the part of noted director VV Vinayak’ newly constructed house at Vattinagulapally in Hyderabad. According to the reports, GHMC officials sent a couple of notices that the construction is violating the G.O. 111. VV Vinayak took the permissions to construct a two-storeyed building but went on to build a six-storeyed building construction without required approval which is against the rules of G.O. It is also alleged that VV Vinayak has not responded to the notices sent by the officials too.
The sources say that VV Vinayak was officially given permission to construct a 2 storeyed building in Gowlidoddi Survey No 22 of Vattinagulapalli, but he built a 6 storeyed building. And then, VV Vinayak is said to have failed to respond to the notices given by GHMC regarding the same.
The authorities are also demolishing other houses that have flouted rules especially the G.O No 111. According to the official, VV Vinayak hasn’t taken any permission for 6 storeyed building but he took a letter from Village sarpanch to do it, which is invalid.
On the work side, VV Vinayak’ last directorial venture was Inttelligent in which Sai Dharam Tej and Lavanya Tripathi played the lead role and the movie was ended up commercially flop at the box office.
