South diva Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently revealed her struggle with the rare disease myositis ahead of her much-anticipated release, Yashoda, which is a women centric movie. Recently during the media interaction, Samantha says, “The most challenging part of shooting for this upcoming saga Yashoda were the action sequences. I enjoy doing action even though I never imagined I was meant to do the action. It’s surprising. The love for action genre has been a revelation for myself.
Yashoda is gearing up for the grand release on the 11th of this month and It is Samantha’ first pan-India release.
The pre release business has been locked on a massive note and the reports are coming that the makers have locked Rs 50 crores as the final business including all the rights of Yashoda.
When it comes to Telugu, Yashoda has to cross Rs 9 cr mark to be in the safe zone. This amount is high for a women centric film, which is directed by Hari and Harish. It stars Samantha in the titular role alongside Unni Mukundan, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and Murali Sharma.
It is all about the story of young woman named Yashoda decides to become a surrogate in exchange for money. However, she learns about illegal activities regarding surrogacy and sets out to bring the perpetrators to justice.
