As a matter of fact, South siren Samantha Ruth Prabhu has a huge line up of projects in various Languages. When it comes to Telugu, she has already wrapped up the shooting schedules of Shaakuntalam and Yashoda. And she has one more project Khushi to accomplish. So far, she has completed first schedule of the film with Vijay Devarakonda as the lead, and suddenly she took some break from film shootings.
Many people said that Sam is facing some illness and so, she is unable to attend shootings. But her manager clarified that she is alright. Now, as per latest updates, Samantha is experiencing a skin disease and she has decided to receive certain treatment related to the disease in the USA.
So, Samantha is flying to the United States of America to get treatment at a big hospital there. The Khushi team is waiting for her and they don’t know when Samantha will return to the sets of the film. So, the makers have kept the shooting work of Khushi in hold and they will commence it again after the safe arrival of the South siren.
They have also pushed the release date of the film to Summer 2023. More updates about the film will be informed when Samantha returns India.
