Ever since the release of Pan India star Prabhas and Kriti Sanon starrer Aadipurush, helmed by Om Raut of Tanhaji fame,  the film has been surrounded by controversies. Along with Hanuman’s dialogues in the movie, criticism is pouring in on many issues. On the other hand, two petitions have been filed in the Allahabad High Court claiming that  Prabhas starrer Adipurush is intended to hurt the sentiments of Hindus. The High Court started the hearing on these petitions from yesterday. During the hearing, High Court Judges Justice Rajesh Singh Chauhan and Justice Prakash Singh expressed their anger against the filmmakers.

The court was enraged when the filmmakers stated that it was not a Ramayana story. Show Rama, Sita, Laxmana, Hanuman, Ravana in the movie, will you say it is not Ramayana?  Do you think that the people of the country have no sense?   The court also expressed anger at the Censor Board which gave nod to the objectionable dialogues in the film.  The court asked what they want to teach the future generations with such films and dialogues? What is it that CBFC keeps doing?

The court added, “The dialogues in Adipurush a big issue. People read Ramcharitmanas before leaving  their home.
