Genelia D Souza and Riteish Deshmukh had tied the knot on 3rd February 2012. Today on the occasion of marriage anniversary, Genelia D Souza took to her Instagram to share an old click of herself with husband Riteish Deshmukh. She wrote about marriage effect, “Every girl has a certain perception of how they would want their life partner to be… I Honestly Didn’t.. I had this most amazing partner who was my bestest friend, who was the shoulder, I always found when I needed to cry and who made me believe that no matter how tough life is, with us being partners we would take it on,in any form, in any way… That’s the man I eventually married and he never ever stopped being the reason for my smile… So I’m glad I never ever had a perception because the reality of living and breathing this wonderful man is all I ever needed to know.. God graces each of us with an opportunity to be in love but it’s upto us to preserve it. God blesses each of us to be loved but it’s upto us to make sure we deserve it.

Genelia D Souza and Riteish Deshmukh have two sons named Riaan and Rahyl Deshmukh
Genelia D Souza started her journey in Bollywood with Riteish Deshmukh with the 2003 film, Tujhe Meri Kasam. Later they shared the screen space in few movies like Masti and Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya. It is known news that Genelia D Souza has also bankrolled Riteish Deshmukh’s debut Marathi film, Lai Bhari, which turned out to be a money spinner.
Genelia D Souza made her Telugu debut with Satyam. Her popular Telugu movies are Samba, Sye, Happy, Raam, Bommarillu, Dhee, Sasirekha Parinayam. In Tollywood, she was last seen in Rana Daggubati starrer Sasirekha Parinayam, which was released in 2012.
