Apparently, Rakul Preet Singh was casted opposite Prabhas for Dasarath’s family drama Mr Perfect. The actress Rakul Preet Singh even shot few sequences with Prabhas and was assured that the film would go ahead but she left the project!
Rakul Preet Singh acted with Prabhas for four days and later she walked out from Mr Perfect because she wanted to test her luck in modelling. Apparently, it was her first chance in acting but she walked out of the project
Me Perfect starring Prabhas, Kajal Agarwal and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles, while actors Murali Mohan, Prakash Raj, Sayaji Shinde, Nassar, Kaushal Manda, and Viswanath Kasinadhuni play other pivotal roles. The movie was a blockbuster at the box office.
Currently Rakul Preet Singh is busy in her upcoming project Marjaavaan where she is essaying the role of a prostitute. The romantic action film is directed by Milap Zaveri and starring Riteish Deshmukh, Sidharth Malhotra, Tara Sutaria and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles.
The movie will hit the screens on 15th November. ‘Marjaavaan’ will see Sidharth Malhotra and Riteish Deshmukh face off for the second time after their first successful movie ‘Ek Villain’. Riteish Deshmukh is playing a dwarf for the first time in this film Marjaavan.
On the otherside, Rakul Preet Singh is also the part of big budhet multilingual drama Indian 2, directed by Shankar.
