KPHB Police in Hyderabad registered a case of cheating against Greek god of Bollywood Hrithik Roshan, brand ambassador of Cult.Fit and three others on a complaint filed by a gym user.
According to the latest update, Hrithik Roshan was recently booked by Hyderabad police in case of cheating. He has been booked under IPC section 406 and 420, in a case of cheating, by the KPHB police.
I Shashikanth, a resident of Seshadrinagar in Kukatpally, has filed a complaint against Hrithik Roshan with the police on 22nd June, and claimed that he had joined Hrithik Roshan’s fitness chain in December 2018. Shashikanth said that he had paid a sum of Rs 17,490 in Decemeber last year, which was a discounted price for a total period of a year. He was promised unlimited workout sessions for a year, however, proper session was not provided to him.
Inspector K. Laxmi Narayana, a person who had registered himself as a user of Cult fitness centre in KPHB 3rd Phase lodged the complaint that the company failed to keep its promise of daily work out sessions.
I Shashikanth claimed that since the company advertised guaranteed weight loss and daily work out sessions and as Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan acted as its brand ambassador, a large number of people registered themselves. Now, the case is being investigated and more details about it will be out very soon.
