Recently during the media interaction, the sensational film maker Ram Gopal Varma made a sensational comment on Yash and Prashanth Neel’ film KGF 2 which emerged as a blockbuster. The film has had a sensational run across all the corners and garnered more than 1200 cr at the worldwide box office.
Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV stated that a few big wigs from Bollywood didn’t like KGF 2. Satya helmer added that a big director told him that he tried to watch KGF 2 in 5 attempts but couldn’t watch beyond half an hour.
RGV further said that the film reminded him of some of Amitabh Bachchan’s very old films. He was bewildered watching KGF 2.
Directed by Prashanth Neel, Yash starrer KGF: Chapter 2 is an action drama set in the Kolar Gold Fields. The film has music composed by Ravi Basrur. The action drama also has Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon and Srinidhi Shetty in lead roles. KGF 2 follows the story of Rocky, an orphan rising from poverty to become the king of a gold mine.
Earlier during an interview, Film’s producer Vijay Kiragandur confirmed that the shooting for the third film in the franchise will start after October this year and then the new film will hit theatres in 2024.
