Recently there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Shruti Haasan will play cameo in Power Star Pawan Kalyan starrer Vakeel Saab, Pawan the Telugu remake of Pink, which is progressing in the direction of Venu Sriram. She was supposed to play Pawan Kalyan’ wife.
According to the latest update, the makers of Pawan Kalyan starrer Vakeel Saab has almost wrapped up its shoot except for one key flashback schedule which will start from the 21st of March.
It is known news that in its Tamil version, Nerkonda Paarvai, Vidya Balan essayed the role of Thala Ajith’ wife. Though the name of Shruthi Haasan was taken to play a cameo in the film Vakeel Saab but nothing was confirmed. Now, the talk is that the makers of Pawan Kalyan starrer Vakeel are in plans to rope in Goa beauty Ileana D Cruz, which is being bankrolled by Dil Raju and Boney Kapoor.
Both the names- Shruti Haasan and Ileana D Cruz are in discussion for Pawan Kalyan’ Vakeel Saab and one will be finalized by this weekend. Both Shruthi Haasan and Ileana D Cruz have worked with Pawan Kalyan in the past. On the otherside, currently Ileana is active in Bollywood and Shruti Haasan is romancing with Ravi Teja in Krack.
