 Cold weather has started in many places across Telangana. As winter approaches, the cold is shivering. Lowest temperatures were recorded in some areas

Cold wave is gradually increasing in the state as the rainy season ends. Before the arrival of the month of November, the temperature is decreasing. From the last week of October, the intensity of cold has increased. Temperatures are gradually falling. It is not even 6 o’clock in the evening,  it is getting colder. In the morning, smoke and snow are falling in many places.

Cold winds are blowing towards the state due to the withdrawal of southwest monsoon. Night temperatures are below normal due to cold winds. Morning fog is spreading in many places. Low temperatures are being recorded in many places along with Hanmakonda, Adilabad, Vikarabad, Rangareddy, Hyderabad.

Officials say that the cold intensity will increase as winds are blowing towards the state from the north. Hanmakonda district has the highest cold intensity. While the night temperature was supposed to be 22.2 degrees Celsius, it was recorded as 16 degrees Celsius at night on 23rd October. Temperature in Hyderabad dropped by 1.7 degrees below normal. The lowest temperature of 14 degrees was recorded in Meinabad of Rangareddy district. Temperatures also dropped in Rajendranagar and Maulali areas. At the same time, places like Hyderabad and Khammam are recording slightly higher temperatures than normal during the day.

Officials are predicting that the severity of cold winds will increase across Telangana in the coming days. Hyderabad Meteorological Center has said that the weather will be dry in the state. There is a chance of light rains on October 31.
