A few months ago, it was announced that the director Abhimanyu Baddi was coming up with a romantic comedy entertainer, titled Maate Mantramu with Rahul Vijay and Megha Akash as the lead pair. The film is undergoing last leg of shooting in Hyderabad. Meanwhile, the makers have revealed the first look poster of the female lead Megha Akash today on the occasion of her birthday.
The poster was displayed on Twitter and their tweet reads, “Meet Megha Akash in a wacky avatar as KAVYA from breezy entertainer Maate Mantramu.” The team has also mentioned birthday wishes to the actress on the poster in which Megha is seen as a daring and dashing girl and smoking a cigarette.
The film is being bankrolled under the banners of Trippy Flix Studios and Kota Film Factory. Rajendra Prasad, Vennela Kishore, Abhay Bethiganti, Viva Harsha and Siri Hanumanth are the supporting characters, while Megha’s mother Bindu Akash is presenting the film. Sushanth Reddy, who is also the producer of the film has penned the story.
