The car was registered in December 2021 and I-T Benami Prohibition Unit found ‘evidence’ the company was benami and Chikoti was the beneficial owner. After verifying the reply, the benami unit might issue a provisional attachment order.
On the other hand, Chikoti Praveen is already facing investigation in the casino affairs. A FEMA case has been registered against him in connection with this matter. In this case, the ED has already interrogated Chikoti Praveen along with some politicians from Telugu states and their close friends and businessmen.
