The hot item girl Mumaith Khan, revealed some shocking things, she said that ‘seizures’ are the reason for her to put weight as her neurosurgeon advised her to not go to the gym. At the same time, she consumed a lot of ‘Livpil’ tablets and that led to more weight gain.
She also shared this pic on her Instagram and wrote, “I was told by my neurosurgeon not to pick up any weights or to do any work for 2 years. I was on seizure attack medicine “LIVIPIL” which made me put on weights. Genuinely my weight didn’t matter to me becoz I knew it once I recover it’s easier for me to get my body back in shape. In this 2 years of my recovery I have learned one thing “ DO NOT LISTEN TO WHAT PEOPLE EXPECTS FROM U “. U know urself and ur body ,let it heal and take its own time to be in peace. I won’t deny that getting back into shape wasn’t on my mind, the only substitute I could do to maintain my body and mind was to eat healthy and count my carbs.
