All the fiasco around Sankranthi releases from the past 45 days will end up soon as an amicable solution has been found. It is known that Sarileru Neekevvaru and Ala Vaikunthapuramulo movies announced their release dates on January 12th. These announcements came with an hour gap and it is evident that ego issues are the sole reason for deciding to release on the same day. Though it is a festive season, it is not good to release two biggies on the same day. One movie will dent the collections of another movie and vice-versa. Trade Circles went into shock after this decision and have tried hard to find an amicable solution between the two parties. A lot of pressure came from distributors, fans, trade circles, etc., After trying hard these many days and even made both Mahesh and Allu Arjun met personally, an amicable solution is found which will do good to both the parties involved.

According to the latest buzz in the industry, Mahesh Babu starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru has moved one day prior and is now releasing on January 11th. Allu Arjun starrer Ala Vaikunthapuramulo will release as scheduled on January 12th. It is already known that Rajinikanth’s Darbaar will release on January 10th. Nandamuri Kalyan Ram will release his family entertainer Entha Manchivadavura on January 15th. As of now, this is the lineup of the movies for Sankranthi. Any last-minute changes to these can be expected.

Mahesh Babu earlier too changed the release date for Srimanthudu when Baahubali is arriving. Now, for the good of both the movies, Mahesh once again took the decision to back out from direct war at the box office. Nevertheless, one will expect all the movies releasing for Sankranthi festive season to perform well at the box office.
