Yesterday SS Rajamouli and the producer DVV Danayya landed at Gannavaram Airport in Andhra Pradesh to meet Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to request for ticket hikes and special premieres in the state. They went to AP CM camp office in Tadepalli to meet CM ahead of the release of RRR.
The AP government passed a new GO recently with a new set of guidelines for the movies that come under the Rs 100 Cr budget. Now the reports are coming that YS Jagan government has allowed Rs 100 hikes on the ticket prices of Rajamouli’ directorial venture RRR which has Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles. The new GO for the ticket prices has been devised accordingly. These new prices will help the collections of RRR.
Yesterday after meeting the CM, Rajamouli revealed that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy received him very well and responded positively to his appeals. He also said that the Jagan assured that he would do whatever it takes for RRR as it is a very expensive film. And now the reports are coming that Jagan govt allowed Rs 100 hikes on the ticket prices of RRR, which is releasing on 25th March.
RRR, also has Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran and others in the important roles.
