Jana Sena President and actor Power Star Pawan Kalyan on Monday launched his political tour by offering prayers at the Hanuman temple in Kondagattu in Jagtial district of Telangana. Kalyan announced Rs 11 lakh donation for the temple. Jana Sena workers gave him a warm welcome at the temple. The three-day tour is Pawan’s first political yatra ahead of 2019 assembly elections and he has already announced that his party Janasena would contest elections in Telugu states.
Varun Tej, Ram Charan and Sai Dharam Tej are seen supporting Pawan Kalyan in this aspect. Charan took to facebook and wrote, “I’m an Indian. I care for my motherland”-Pawan Kalyan What an energetic start of Chalo re Chalo re chal. Babai, wishing you all the best!! Jai Jana Sena!! “
Varun Tej wrote on the wall of microblogging page, “all the best babai more power to you.”
On the other-hand Sai Dharam Tej tweeted, “mee vente memu #JanaSena.”
At the end of his first day of tour, Pawan Kalyan interacted with media. When one of the journalist asked him about his interest in movies, the actor replied, “Movies are out of my mind. Right now, the focus is only on politics.” However, it’s still not clear whether his decision is final. It will be interesting to see what will be the fate of Pawan Kalyan’s recent commitments which include a film with his elder brother Megastar Chiranjeevi for T Subbarami Reddy, a project for producer A.M Rathnam and for the banner Mythri Movie Makers.
