Janhvi Kapoor, the daughter of late actress Sridevi and producer boney Kapoor, turns into a ghost bride with Roohi poster, leaving grooms Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma terrified. The upcoming film Roohi is directed by Hardik Mehta. And today morning the makers released the first look poster, which is grabbing the attention of the movie lovers. The first look poster of Roohi goes with the tagline: Mard Ko Zyada Dard Hoga.
Janhvi Kapoor is seen donning a spooky look as the ghost with her long locks flying and mud faced hair. The trailer will be unveiled at 12 noon on Tuesday.
The upcoming film Roohi will mark the directorial debut of Hardik Mehta and has been penned by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba. Janhvi Kapoor starrer is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Mrighdeep Singh Lamba under the banner of Maddock Film. And it is expected to release on 1500 screens on 11th March 2021.
Earlier this horror drama was titled Roohi Afza which was later changed to Roohi Afzana. Earlier during an interview, Janhvi Kapoor has said that her character in Roohi is “one of the most exciting, complicated, challenging, physically demanding and emotionally taxing roles that she have had the privilege of doing.
