Kajal Aggarwal tied the knot with Gautam Kitchlu in a private ceremony in Mumbai 30th October 2020. They got married with their immediate families and close friends in attendance due to the COVID-19 situation. They were friends for 7 years and dated for three years before getting married. On the occasion of New Year of 2022, Gautam revealed that she is pregnant and had a baby boy on 19th April 2022.
