Kamal Haasan’s long awaited film Vishwaroopam 2 has completed the censor formalities and received ‘UA’ certificate from the censor board. The members of regional censor board have seen the movie at a famous preview theaters in Chennai. If the latest buzz in the media and film industry is to be believed, Vishwaroopam 2 will hit the theaters in May.
The makers are planning to release the much awaited trailer very soon. The film starring Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Rahul Bose, Waheeda Rahman and Sekhar Kapoor in the important role. Ghibran has scored the music and the audio launch is likely to happen in the month of April.
Once the strike between Tamil Film Producers Council and Digital Service Provides comes to an end, we can expect an official confirmation from the makers on the audio and theatrical release plans of Vishwaroopam 2.
The film is a sequel to 2013 hit Vishwaroopam. The huge delay in releasing the sequel was caused due to a major financial setback. Besides acting and directing, Kamal has written the story and screenplay for Vishwaroopam 2.
