It is no secret that Andhra Pradesh is a state whose politics is fueled by the caste pride of its three dominant castes – Reddy, Kamma, and Kapu. After coming to power in May, YSRCP, which was dominated by Reddys, the political rivals of Kammas, stopped the construction work in Amaravati, citing huge lands scam and irregularities committed during TDP rule. Nandamuri Balakrishna is now coming up with an action drama Akhanda, which is gearing up for the grand release on 2nd December Worldwide in a very grand manner.
Unprecedented hype is being generated around Boyapati Srinu’ magnum opus Akhanda starring Balayya by the Kammas . Some people are saying that Kamma community is building the hype to this forthcoming movie by booking the majority of the shows.
The reports are coming that many bigwigs of the Kamma community have decided to book all the tickets of Akhanda in some theatres to generate the hype.
Akhanda is helmed by Boyapati Srinu who is known for helming blockbuster Sarrainodu and it is being bankrolled by Dwaraka Creations, the film also has, Pragya Jaiswal, Jagapathi Babu and Srikanth. The recently released songs and teasers have already generated good buzz. Akhanda marks third collaboration of Boyapati and Balakrishna after Simha and Legend.
