Talented actor Karthi is coming up with a bilingual movie, titled Sardar. The film’s trailer launch event was held on Friday in Chennai. The trailer is a spy action thriller that shows Karthi in dual roles. In one of those roles, Karthi appears as an attention-seeking cop named Vijay Prakash and he plays a spy in the other role in which he is called as Sardar.
The trailer is clinching the hearts of the audience with its action-packed thrilling elements. Karthi looks fair in the cop role, whereas he looks in a rugged avatar as a spy. Both the contrary roles played by him in the film are hyping much interest in it and fans can’t wait to watch the film in theatres.
Rajisha Vijayan, Raashi Khanna and Laila played important roles in the film and Laila’s comeback has made the audience more excited. Sardar is directed by PS Mithran and produced by Prince Pictures. It marks the third collaboration of GV Prakash and Karthi.
Recently, Sardar has received U/A certificate and is getting ready to reach theatres by the 21st of this month. Annapurna Studios will be presenting the film and the cinematography and editing works were done by George C. Williams and Ruben.
