On Sunday, Ashwini Dutt officially announced that Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has been roped in Nag Ashwin’ directorial venture and she will romance with Young Rebel Star Prabhas. This is Nag Ashwin’ project after Mahanati, the biopic of South Indian legendary actress Savitri in which Keerthy Suresh played the titular role and won the National award for her performance. The special video designed by the makers of this upcoming untitled project welcomed Deepika Padukone into Telugu cinema and was commonly shared by the lead pair and the director. Deepika is very excited about Prabhas starrer film.
Keerthy Suresh also took to her Instagram story and called the combo of Prabhas and Deepika Padukone as a blockbuster. She shared a clip and said, “This is huge!!! The blockbuster combo is coming together to create the next blockbuster! Can’t wait for this one.”
The upcoming film of Prabhas and Nag Ashwin is said to be a science fiction drama, set in the backdrop of a third World War. The pre-production works of the big-budget project are expected to start very soon. According to the latest buzz, the shooting of Prabhas starrer will commence from April 2021.
Meanwhile Keerthy Suresh is waiting for the release of Rang De starring Nithiin.
