Yash and Srinidhi Shetty starrer action thriller drama KGF: Chapter 2, which hit the theatres on 14th April is taking the box office by storm. According to trade reports, the Hindi version of KGF: Chapter 2 has surpassed the lifetime collection of KGF: Chapter 1 in India on its opening day. KGF: Chapter 2 will wreak havoc in the theatres.
Billed to be an action entertainer, the movie, helmed by Prashanth Neel has Srinidhi Shetty as the lady love of the actor. Earlier it was heard that ZEE5 has grabbed the digital rights of KGF : Chapter 2 which also has Raveena Tandon and Sanjay Dutt in the important role. But the fact is, that the leading OTT platform Amazon Prime Video, which also bagged the digital streaming rights of KGF : Chapter 1, is the official streaming partner of KGF 2. Also, ZEE grabbed the satellite rights of KGF : Chapter 2.
Prashanth Neel’ magnum opus also has Rao Ramesh, Prakash Raj and others in the crucial roles. It is produced by Hombale Films on a grand scale, and has the music by Ravi Basrur.
KGF is all about the journey of Rocky, who goes on to become the messiah of the people living and working in Kolar Gold Fields.
