Akkineni Nagarjuna was last seen in Naa Saami Ranga. Choreographer Vijay Binny directed the film. Amigos fame Ashika Ranganath played the female lead role in the movie. Allari Naresh and Raj Tarun were also part of this romantic and family drama. The movie was released in theatres worldwide on January 14th and is still running successfully at the box office. Recently during an interview, Nagarjuna revealed that his next film will be helmed by Kollywood director Naveen, who helmed Vijay Antony and Arun Vijay’s Agni Siragugal. Now the reports are coming that Nagarjuna is planning to bring Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar on the board to play the important role in his film which will be helmed by Naveen.
Nag liked the story narrated by director Naveen who has made only two films so far. The first one was the 2013 Moodar Kudam. It’s got a good name. In 2021, Naveen made another film called Agni Siragugal, starring Vijay Antony and Arun Vijay.
In the past Akshay Kumar and Nagarjuna worked together for the film Angaray. The official confirmation regarding the inclusion of Akshay Kumar in Naveen’s magnum opus is awaited.
