Performance: Dulquer Salmaan’s performance in this movie is good. He gave an impressive performance as Raju. The performance of the lead actors are good. The scenes related to friendship and romance are impressive in the movies. Shabir Kallarakkal’s performance in the negative role is impressive.  The rest of the cast perform accordingly

Technical: The story of King of Kotha is good.  But, the way it is presented is not that good. The background music is good. But the songs composed by Jakes Bejoy and Shaan Rahman are just ok. Dialogues and emotional scenes here and there are impressive. Cinematography is good. Some unexpected twists in the movie are impressive. The fight scenes in the movie will entertain the audience. Cinematography is good.  King of Kotha  is set in the period backdrop, and art direction team did a good job in recreating the bygone era. The editing is below par.

Analysis: Overall King of Kotha is an average gangster drama with a long run time. Dulquer Salmaan impresses with his performance as always. But the movie is very boring due to routine story and long run time.
