Story: Seshu (Hridhu Haroon) is an orphan. He is accused of murder. When he comes to the jail, he meets various people, and in this process, he comes in contact with Dhora (Bobby Simha) related to the Kakinada market. Seshu – Dora join hands together with others in the prison and form a gang to escape from that prison. Do they manage to escape from the jail?, or not?, What efforts do they make to escape?, How does Seshu actually get stuck in the murder case? What’s their backstory? To get these answers, one should watch the movie Konaseema Thugs on silver screen.

Performance: The talented actor Bobby Simha and his performance need no introduction. He gets a nice role. As a senior inmate, he delivers his best and ably supports Hridhu throughout the movie. Hridhu Haroon delivers fantastic performance. Munishkanth’ comedy timing is good and he evokes laughs when the film is running on a serious note. Sarath Appani, and RK Suresh deliver their best. All the actors acted very well with very natural acting. Along with the realistic story, the filming of the characters is very realistic and the interest in the movie increases. Due to a mistake made in anger, how the prisoners are tortured by the police is also very well elevated. Some scenes are very emotional and impressive.
Technical: The storyline of Konaseema Thugs is predictable. The action sequences and their choreography are realistic. Music director Sam CS has good music. Priyesh Gurusamy’s cinematography work is a special attraction of the movie. Producers Riya Shibu and Mumtas M should be congratulated for believing in the director’s idea and presenting such a diverse film to the audience.
Analysis: Thrilling elements, some emotional scenes and action sequences are impressive in this emotional action thriller Konaseema Thugs. However, the story in the movie is not fully interesting. Things like slow narration, missing commercial elements and some regular scenes are the minus points of this film. But the main content of the movie and some emotional scenes touch the heart. Overall, this film may not appeal to all sections of the audience, but those who like crime action thrillers will like it.
