After delivering Tanhaji, Om Raut made an official announcement regarding his next project Adipurush which has Prabhas in the lead role and he will be seen in the role of a Lord Rama. Recently during the media interaction, Om Raut said that actors Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan have undergone physical transformation for his upcoming film Adipurush.
The film Aidpurush, based on the Hindu epic Ramayana, will also see Saif Ali Khan as Ravana and Kriti Sanon as Sita. There is a lot of physical transformation that Baahubali star Prabhas has undergone from an artiste’s point of view and he continues to work on it even now as we shoot.”
The makers of Adipurush have already wrapped up 30 percent of the shoot and the team is following strict Covid 19 protocols on the set. Prabhas and Kriti Sanon starrer Adipurush is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series, and it went on floors in February.
Om Raut also revealed that the actress Kriti Sanon started taking training for the Telugu language. There will be a lot of dialogues in this drama and she is getting ready to dub on her own. She is also following a strict diet to make herself fit to essay the character of Sita.
