According to the latest update, Lavanya Tripathi has been roped in the upcoming film A1 Express, in which Sundeep Kishan is playing the lead role. This film is touted as the first hockey based movie in Telugu Film Industry. A few days ago, the makers released the first look poster of Sundeep Kishan. In the first look, Sundeep Kishan was seen holding a hockey stick with a stadium in the background.
Sports genre films in India have picked over the years and the trend is going strong in the South Indian cinema. The sources say that Lavanya Tripathi felt that she had a challenging and substantial role in the film A1 Express. When the director Dennis Jeevan Kanukolanu gave a narration to Lavanya Tripathi, the actress quickly gave the nod. The sources added that Lavanya Tripathi was excited because the film A1 Express is a sports drama, a genre she hasn’t yet ventured into. Also, the upcoming film starring Sundeep Kishan offers great scope for performance. Lavanya Tripathi will learn the ropes of the sport hockey added to her high.
This is time the second time Sundeep Kishan and Lavanya Tripathi are going to work together for a movie. Earlier they have collaborated for Maayavan.
Apart from Lavanya Tripathi and Sundeep Kishan, the film A1 Express also has Priyadarshi, Rahul Ramakrishna, Murli Sharma and Srinivas Avasarala in crucial roles.
The shoot of the film will be started this month of November. A1 Express is being helmed by debutante director Dennis Jeevan Kanukolani, whereas HipHop Tamiza will be scoring the music. Sundeep Kishan is not only playing the lead role in this upcoming sport based drama but is also producing the movie in association with People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts banners. The makers are looking forward to the summer 2020 release.
