Stars in the industry are getting involved in some kind of controversies. The number of cases and courts has increased significantly these days. Recently star heroine Nayanthara’s husband, Tamil director Vignesh Shivan received notices. What is the reason? The title of the movie? yes. The title of Vignesh Sivan’s new movie LIC has led to a big controversy. Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) sent legal notice to film director Vignesh Shivan, for using the registered trademark of LIC.

The film is being directed by Vignesh Sivan and starring Love Today fame hero Pradeep Ranganathan.  The real problem started with the confirmation of this title. The LIC company, Life Insurance Corporation of India, expressed their anger on the film team and issued notices.

Legal notice was also sent to Seven Screen Studio, the producer of the movie and Tamil Film Active Producers Association.

LIC has Krithi Shetty as the leading lady alongside Pradeep Ranganathan, who has earned good recognition in Telugu with Love Today.
