Vijay Deverakonda starrer Liger helmed by Puri Jagannadh, has finally hit the theaters after carrying huge buzz with promotion, teasers, posters and whatnot. The film couldn’t stand up to the expectations of Liger, but the sport based drama is being praised for Vijay Deverakonda power-packed performance. According to the latest report, Vijay Deverakonda charged Rs 35 Cr as remuneration to play the lead role in this Pan Indian film Liger. Puri Jagannadh’magnum opus marks his debut in Bollywood. Ananya Panday is playing the love interest of Vijay Deverakonda and she received Rs 3 Cr.

Ramya Krishnan: Rs 1 Cr
Ramya Krishnan is playing Vijay Deverakonda’s mother in the film, and she has been paid Rs 1 cr for her role whereas Ronit Roy was paid Rs 1.5 Cr.
According to reports, the makers of Liger have closed a deal with an OTT platform for streaming rights. The streaming rights have been bagged by Hotstar + Disney. Although it is said that a whopping price has been received, an exact amount is not disclosed.
