Sivakarthikeyan‘ Mahaveerudu’ release day shocked fans. The Telugu as well as Tamil versions of morning shows have been canceled on Friday. It is reported that morning shows have been canceled due to content delay. An industry tracker confirmed the same by sharing a post on twitter: #Mahaveerudu – Early shows in both Telugu states are delayed only in theatres where the content has to be delivered online. Issue is most likely to be sorted in some time & shows are expected to start at 11:30 AM. Shows already started in theatres where the content was delivered physically through hard drives.
Will there be a screening of this movie even from matinee shows? Or? It is known that there is no clarity till now. Due to the good buzz about this movie in Telugu and Tamil languages, the advance bookings were done on a huge scale.
But as the morning show has been cancelled, it seems that there is a possibility that the effect will fall heavily on the opening collections. Made as an action entertainer, this bilingual movie is directed by Madonna Ashwin. Aditi Shankar is playing the female lead in this film which is directed by top director Shankar Tanaya. This is the second movie in which she is playing the role of female lead after Viruman.
Apart from the lead actors, the movie also has Sunil, Yogi Babu and others in the important roles. Asian Cinemas released this movie as a fantasy action entertainer in Telugu.
