Mahesh Babu flies to South Africa for Thums UpAfter wooing the audience with his spectacular performance in Koratala Siva’s directorial venture  Bharat Ane Nenu last year, Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu is all geared up for his next film Maharshi. According to the latest update, Mahesh Babu went to South Africa to shoot for a Thums Up Commercial.

Mahesh Babu wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming movie Maharshi in Chennai and yesterday evening he flew to South Africa for the shoot of Thums Up.  He will be there in the African country for the next five days.  The ad will reportedly be canned in an atypical terrain in keeping with the style of ads that the brand has been known for. He  is one of the brand ambassador for Thums Up in India.

Mahesh Babu is very popular for  Thumps up ad as we all have seen him doing risky stunts for getting a Thums up bottle in the advertisement.

After coming back to Hyderabad, Mahesh Babu will join the sets of his 25th project Maharshi, which is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally. The shoot of Maharshi is on the verge of completion. Pooja Hagde is on the board to romance with Mahesh Babu in this film, which is all about friendship and sacrifices.

Maharshi also stars Allari Naresh in a vital role and is woven around the life of three friends played by Mahesh Babu, Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh. Prakash Raj, Jagapati Babu, Brahmaji Rao Ramesh, and Vennela Kishore will be seen in supporting roles.

 Maharshi is jointly bankrolled by  C. Ashwini Dutt, Dil Raju and Prasad V. Potluri, under the banners of Vyjayanthi Movies, Sri Venkateswara Creations and PVP Cinema. Sensational music composer Devi Sri Prasad is rendering the tune. The movie is scheduled to hit the theaters on 9th May 2019.

 Maharshi will showcase the transition of his character from a college student to an entrepreneur. However, the filmmakers are tight-lipped about it.
