‘Dakshina’ is a lady oriented suspense thriller starring ‘Kabali’ fame Sai Dhansika in the lead role. This film is directed by Osho Tulasiram , who made successful female-oriented films ‘Mantra’ and ‘Mangala’ starring Charmy Kaur in the lead role. This film is being produced by Ashok Shinde under Cult Concepts banner.
This film started today with pooja activities. Regular shooting has also started today. ‘Dakshina’ pooja programs were held grandly at Narasimha Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad. Famous producer Vamsikrishna, who was the chief guest of the program, switched the camera for the momentous scene, while Pranathi and Shweta Bhavana clapped.
Producer Ashok Shinde said, “I am happy to do a film with Sai Dhansika and Osho Tulasiram. Female oriented thrillers ‘Mantra’ and ‘Mangala’ set the trend in Telugu. ‘Dakshina’ is like those movies. We have made preparations to complete the shooting in three schedules. The first schedule started today. It will be held in Hyderabad from today till 24th of this month.
We have planned the second schedule in Goa from October 6 to 20. The third schedule will be held in Hyderabad from November 1 to 10. That completes the entire movie. Along with the actors, other details will be revealed soon,” he said.
