There is a crazy demand for the electric vehicle in India. But the automobile company Maruti Suzuki has not yet launched a single model in this segment. A solid plan has been made to compensate this deficit. As a part of this, an electric SUV named EVX is being introduced. The model was showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo in the month of January. After that, this SUV was seen doing rounds in many countries. Recently, this EV was seen on the roads of India. The photos of this car in the test run stage are currently doing the rounds on social media.
The Maruti Suzuki EVX test run was recently held in India. Meanwhile, Maruti Suzuki tied black tape all over the vehicle and conducted a test run. The test run of other vehicles is also done in the same way. As a result, the key features of this model have not been revealed.
Maruti Suzuki is building this EVX electric SUV on a new platform. Its wheels are in the corners. There are batteries on the floorboard. As a result, the space in the cabin increases more.
The length of this Maruti Suzuki EVX is 4,300mm. Width 1,800mm, Height 1,600mm. The legendary automobile company has already said that it will have a 60kWh lithium ion battery. It has revealed that its range will be 550 kilometers.
The company showcased this EVX EV at the recently held Japan Mobility Show. The interior is said to have dual screen setup, touchscreen infotainment system, single freestanding unit, flat bottom sporty steering wheel, rotary dials and touch panels.
It seems that the Maruti Suzuki EVX will be launched in India in 2025.
